Coaching is beneficial if . . .

  • you have a sense that you are meant for greatness.
  • you feel stuck and not sure what to do next.
  • you want to transform a crisis into a positive life changing experience.
  • you are frustrated that you are not living up to your capabilities and/or highest vision.
  • you are done with self-sabotaging behaviors and negative thoughts that serve you no more.
  • you silently yearn for something bigger.

Coaching Is a Partnership & Collaboration Between Equals

I consider it an honor and a privilege to be a coach. I have tremendous respect for my clients, holding them in the highest regard. I believe that my clients are powerful, resourceful, and creative individuals who can absolutely achieve their dreams.

I believe that every obstacle is an opportunity. When bad things happen, it is a wakeup call—an invitation to get clear about who we are and what we want. We are not helpless victims of circumstance, rather we are powerful creators of our lives, who can live with purpose and meaning.

I believe that our thoughts impact our emotional and physical well being and our beliefs create our reality. I believe that personal responsibility is essential for living a joy filled life, and I empower people to handle their lives with integrity and intentionality.

In our life coaching sessions, I listen to what you want from life—your hopes, dreams, and deepest aspirations. We explore what keeps you stuck and together create an action plan that helps you move forward. We build on your strengths as we explore your thoughts and beliefs—are they in alignment with what you want? Our partnership provides a focus and momentum to support you in creating the life that you intend.

My expertise includes coaching tools and techniques that empower clients to discover the answers or wisdom within, change limiting beliefs, create clarity and take action around what they want, and develop an inspiring vision of their lives. I often draw from behavioral sciences and spiritual traditions in order to increase an individual’s self-awareness and awareness of others, cultivate shifts in thinking, provide new frameworks for looking at opportunities and obstacles, and motivate individuals towards action.
